Trim Levels of the 2020 Elantra
You can never count out the Hyundai Elantra, especially in the 2020 model year. This iconic and agile sedan has added a more efficient transmission, dual-zone automatic climate control, and additional safety features. This means, no matter your needs, you know you’ll be getting a sedan that is safe for you and your passengers, while also offering all of the infotainment you could ever need. You’ll even be happy with the ride quality, and the quiet cabin that allows you to focus on driving instead of exterior noise. One of the best aspects of this sedan is the trim level lineup. You’ll find six different options, all of which we highly recommend. Keep reading below to find out more about these trims!
The first trim that is available with the 2020 Elantra is SE. This trim includes lane keeping assist, steel wheels, automatic emergency braking, a 60/40-split folding rear seat, a 6-speaker sound system, Bluetooth, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. The standard engine is a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, which can produce 132 pound-feet of torque and 147 horsepower. Paired with this engine is a continuously variable automatic transmission.
As you move through the trim lineup, you’ll hit the SEL option. This trim includes features like rear cross-traffic alert, alloy wheels, lane departure warning, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, blind-spot monitoring, and satellite radio.
Right after the SEL trim is Value Edition. This edition includes heated seats, a sunroof, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, proximity lock and unlock, and push-button start. These little details add up to create a comfortable and incredibly modern sedan that is ready for any adventure.
Sitting towards the top of the trim level lineup is Eco. This trim includes many of the features mentioned with Value Edition, along with dual USB ports. The biggest change is the engine, which is a turbocharged 1.4-liter 4-cylinder, which produces 156 pound-feet of torque and 128 horsepower. Paired with this engine is a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The penultimate trim is Limited. You’ll find features like an 8-speaker Infinity premium audio system, 17-inch alloy wheels, a wireless charging pad, LED headlights, and leather upholstery. For more features, you can add the optional Limited Ultimate package.
The final trim you’ll find with the Elantra is Sport. This trim, first and foremost, comes with a turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine. This engine pumps out 195 pound-feet of torque and 201 horsepower. Added features include stronger brakes, a sophisticated multilink rear suspension, firmer tuning, and 18-inch alloy wheels with grippier tires.
