Trim Levels of the Hyundai Tucson
Trim Levels of the 2020 Hyundai Tucson
By Hyundai of Louisville
Small SUVs are so prominent in this day in age that there are some automakers two unique crossovers in that segment. The 2020 Hyundai Tucson is one of these types of entries. The Hyundai Tucson is a beautiful SUV that has a gorgeous interior and enough headroom and legroom for up to six passengers. The significant difference between the Hyundai Tucson and its competitors is in storage capacity as it offers a ton of space for anything that those six passengers could have. The optional four-cylinder engines provide an extra oomph, which makes going back and forth extremely easy. A ton of features are also available for the Tucson through six different trim levels. Take a trip with us as we break down each one.
SE and Value
Powering the SE and the Value is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that busts out 161 horsepower and 150-lb ft of torque that pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but an all-wheel drive is an available option. As for features, the SE comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, a height-adjustable driver’s seat. Tech features for the SE include a 7-inch touchscreen, and a six-speaker sound system, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SE also comes with an impressive amount of safety features, including forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping assist. Stepping up to the Value brings oof rails, heated mirrors, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats, keyless entry and ignition, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, satellite radio, and Hyundai’s Blue Link.
SEL and Sport
The SEL brings a new engine, and it’s a powerful 2.4-liter four-cylinder that pumps out 181 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque, which also pairs with the six-speed automatic transmission. Features for the SEL include 18-inch wheels, exterior styling enhancements, dual-zone climate control, rear air vents, and a second-row USB port. Stepping up to the Sport adds to this list with 19-inch wheels, LED headlights and taillights, foglights, a hands-free liftgate, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, wireless smartphone charging, and an eight-speaker audio system.
Limited and Ultimate
The Limited brings you all of the features from the previous trims and includes leather upholstery, upgraded door trim, a heated steering wheel, a 360-degree parking camera, and a power passenger seat. Things take a more luxurious turn with the Ultimate as it adds a panoramic sunroof, automatic high-beam headlights, and wipers, an upgraded forward collision mitigation system, and adaptive cruise control. Also coming standard is an upgraded driver information display, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and an 8-inch touchscreen display with navigation.
